This is hope for paws in action.  This puppy got the attention it needed at the right moment as the WA2S Films team was riding by while working on an ongoing K9 survey of the city of Detroit.  That's when the Detroit Dog Saviors went to work!   This beautiful young pup was eating gross dirty diapers.

As a member of the Detroit Dog Saviors' all volunteer animal rescue coalition, DAWG - Detroit Animal Welfare Group responded to a call from the World Animal Awareness Society's Tom McPhee that a puppy was spotted in Detroit while conducting an American Strays K9 survey.

Ronnie and Shannon were the first on the scene - and immediately split up to address 2 stray dog situations unfolding.  

Ronnie secured Moe wile Janet and her husband arrive to provide further support to the dog rescue team.  They are calling this adorable loving dog, Moe.

This is Part 2 of: This Stray Dog Acting Weird Saves Puppies & Injured Mama After Owner Dies

Detroit resident and dog lover John Kunze called the Detroit Dog Saviors to help with an injured stray puppy he found wandering the streets.

Melissa Zudweg Borden, Founder of The Devoted Barn, an animal sanctuary and rescue located in Newport, MI was dispatched to the scene where she picked up this most adorable 4 - 5 month old puppy that was clearly in pain and took her to the MSU Vet School of Medicine Small Animal Clinic for help.

And in the second half of the video is Part 2 Devoted To Detroit where Melissa drove more than an hour to help save this dog we noticed running in busy streets and acting a little weird.  This is the update of Wiley, Shay Shay & The Puppies.
