Howl of a Dog is Responsible for this Heartwarming Rescue of an Abandoned Old Dog Left to Die6/14/2016
Bandit in an old dog that we rescued from the public pound where he was abandoned due to his old age and a large tumor he had on his leg. This brave senior dog has recovered wonderful after the surgeries and is now enjoying life and playing as if he were a young puppy again. Every life matters. Young or old, all animals deserve a second chance and a loving home.
Amigo was a stray dog roaming in an industrial area from Romania. He was injured at one of his paws and the wound was still bleeding when we rescued him, leaving small blood spots on the pavement. He had also some other old scars on his legs. Some kindhearted people used to feed him whenever they saw him around. But it’s most likely that, in order to survive, he was also forced to scavenge through garbage for food – he had a cut on his tongue probably caused by the sharp edges of a tin can he was eating scraps from.
Amigo is an active young dog, around 1,5 years old, medium sized, affectionate, playful and very friendly with other pets. He is microchipped, has all his vaccines up to date and he’s now a healthy dog ready to have his own loving forever home.
Joy was found abandoned on the sidewalk. He had been in our care in Romania for more than 4 months, until he was adopted by a wonderful family from the Netherlands.
The video presents his story from the first day we rescued him until present, with recent pictures from his forever home. Hope you enJOY it. :) We want to thank all of you for sharing his story and adoption pictures and helping us find such a loving adoptive family for little Joy!
Fram is a fluffy bundle of joy, very smart, obedient, cuddly, playful and friendly with other dogs and also with cats. He is about 6 months old and weights now 10 kg (22 lbs) - as an adult he will be a medium/large sized dog.

No words can describe the suffering of an animal discarded into a kill shelter, having left only moments to live.
Severely emaciated and with her weakened body all covered in fleas and ticks Theia was waiting for her end in one of Romania’s public pounds. She weighted only 13 kg (and now she weights 26) and was so fragile that we were afraid even to touch her. After 2 months of intensive medical care she blossomed into a wonderful dog, extremely loving and affectionate, friendly and kind, obedient, well-balanced and grateful, a pure joy to everyone. She has been with us every day since we rescued her, we watched her as she recovered day by day, as she learnt to live again, as she rediscovered the joy of running, of playing with other dogs, as she snuggled happy in her bed. It’s been now 8 months since we saved Theia, she has become a part of our family and we cannot imagine life without her. We rescued her and she rescued us. There are millions of dogs like Theia waiting for a chance in shelters from all over the world. Sadly, many of them never get to know the love of a forever family. Please consider adopting a shelter dog: he will give you in exchange his loyalty, unconditional love and infinite gratefulness for being his savior. Thank you.
Bandit is an old dog that we rescued from a kill shelter from Romania. He’s happy he can run again now that he doesn’t have to carry that big tumor, but what he loves most is to snuggle and sleep after he’s had a well deserved massage :) . He is a good dog, serene and affectionate, living to the fullest every moment of his life, now that he is finally safe and loved.

Until we find someone to adopt and pick him a name, we call this little dog Luca. :) Three weeks after rescuing him, the wounds have almost healed and hair starts covering them. Luca is much better now, both physically and mentally. Now he is happy around people, active, playful and a big kisser, mad about dog treats:). He will be staying at the clinic for max. 2 weeks, until complete recovering.
Luca is around 1 year old, a very kind and brave dog. Considering the suffering he has been through, he needs a very responsible family, capable of offering him all the care and love required by a dog marked by some "humans" cruelty. He had seen the EVIL that no dog should ever see |
