Sweet Old Frenchie Abandoned Because of THIS! What Do You Think Viktor Did?

We received an urgent call, a sweet old French bulldog with a huge mass inside his mouth has been abandoned just before the holidays.

We drove to the rescue, placed him in our arms and took him to safety. We have called him Claus.
