An empirical citizen-science initiative utilizing digital spatial mapping and GIS tracking to collect street-level baseline data on stray dog populations. This 3-year district-by-district survey phase builds on over a decade of prior historical data to inform neighborhood mitigation strategies and municipal policy. - Unleashed: Dogs of San Antonio
A longitudinal documentary investigation capturing the realities of the municipal stray dog crisis. Operating as a multi-year civic media project, Unleashed provides an unfiltered look designed to foster municipal accountability, community awareness, and long-term policy shifts. - San Antonio Pet Promise
