FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How many cars can you service for a Drive-In screening? Our equipment can provide a great movie screening experience for up to 75 cars.
- How many people on a lawn? We can serve up to 800 people seated on a lawn. With social distancing, this number is reduced to 400.
- How long does it take you to set up? Our crew can have the entire system up and running in approximately 2 hours. They can disassemble and load out in approximately one hour.
- When can the movie start? We generally prefer to start screenings no earlier than the end of “civil twilight”. Find that information for your event here: https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/usa/austin.
- How do I license a movie? Most major motion pictures are licensed through two companies: Criterion and Swank. Browse the catalogues, select a film, and apply for a license. They will reply with a quote based upon your film selection, location of the screening, and size of your audience. Movies from the World Animal Awareness Society, WA2S Films & Animalis Fabula Film Festival are also available, including some titles at NO extrat charge.
