Here's How *Detroit Dog Saviors Works:
1. If you have seen an injured, stray, or otherwise in peril puppy or dog, or a stray or otherwise unknown dog creating a disturbance in your neighborhood "within the city of Detroit" and have already reported it to any of the following animal welfare agencies: Detroit Animal Care and Control, Michigan Humane Society, Michigan Anti Cruelty Society, Detroit Dog Rescue, or Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue and they have not responded to you, have not yet shown up, or have stated they cannot pick up the dog, contact *Detroit Dog Saviors immediately using the form below and we will get right back to you and make arrangements to come and secure the dog.
2. It will speed the process if you also take a photo or video of the dog needing help and send it to the *Detroit Dog Saviors here: info@WA2S.org When we call you back, we will need this information.
3. *Detroit Dog Saviors will then respond to the dog in peril asap and will record the entire process - from rescue to home - so all involved will know the outcome of each and every dog. See rescue stories below

*Detroit Dog Saviors is a coalition of independent animal rescue and welfare professionals that volunteer their time to help Detroit maintain a healthy city for citizen and canine alike.
Each volunteering member / organization has pledged to allow each dog rescue to be filmed to create an environment of transparency of the dog rescue process and the vetting of each dog from Detroit.
