Meet Melvin Barry, the new Dog Whisperer of the Dominican Republic. Melvin volunteered his time to help wrangle dogs and educate local folks.  Melvin runs into every possible situation and does his best to calm each and every dog - even the wild dogs.

This series is about what its like being a dog in the poorest part of a high class resort community visited by hundreds of thousands of wealthy citizens from around the world yearly.
