Mangy Mama Street Dog Rescued in Houston at the Beauty Emporium by South Side Street Dogs

​Erika & Sandro of Houston's South Side Street Dogs rescue a mangy mama dog they were called about that had been hanging out by the Beauty Emporium for nearly a month.

They named her Lula Bella - the sweetest girl ever.
